These terms apply when you use the public THOTH website. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information associated with website visits and enquiries.

These are not software licence or customer service terms. Access to THOTH Core, Pulse, Lens, Portal, data services or paid subscriptions is subject to separate licence agreements, order forms, service agreements and data-processing terms, as applicable.

03Access to the website

You may access the public website without purchasing a product. You are responsible for your connection and compatible equipment. We aim to keep the site available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons outside our reasonable control.

04Permitted use

You may browse the site, follow links, make legitimate enquiries and print or save reasonable extracts for your own reference or internal business evaluation. Keep ownership notices with those extracts and do not present altered material as our original content.

The site provides general information about THOTH and its capabilities. We take reasonable care over that information and may update or correct it as products develop.

Website content, including descriptions of investigative and AI-assisted capabilities, is not legal advice, professional investigative advice or a factual conclusion about any person or entity. Illustrations and interface mockups show product concepts and workflows; assess your requirements with us before purchasing.

08Product descriptions and availability

Actual features, datasets, providers, access, commercial terms and availability may vary by customer, licence, deployment, jurisdiction and provider availability. This includes Portal datasets, Pulse source coverage and Lens external provider capabilities.

Your agreed order and customer contracts define what is supplied. Sending a demo request does not create a subscription, grant product access or commit either party to a purchase.

09Third-party links and services

Links to third-party websites are provided for relevant information and do not imply endorsement. We do not control their content or availability. External services have their own applicable terms and privacy information.

10Security

Please use the site responsibly and let us know about suspected security issues using the contact details below. Do not exploit an issue or access information without authorisation. We take steps to protect the site, but cannot guarantee it is free from every vulnerability or harmful component.

Do not submit passwords, confidential case material or sensitive information through the demo form.
